Divine Seeds – ESG commitment for resilient beauty

Divine Seeds was established to combat skin quality deterioration and dehydration by focusing on its hero ingredients, prickly pear and artichoke, sourced from the microclimate of the island of Crete.

Challenge:

Demonstrate how Divine Seeds’ skincare products and business activities create and deliver sustainable value, while promoting sustainable production and consumption.

Solution:

We used visual business tools to show how Divine Seeds achieves better results with fewer resources. We demonstrated how by supporting nature conservation, health and safety, and resource productivity, its business activities promote sustainable production. We also showed how by supporting social and cultural ecology, its business activities promote sustainable consumption. To this end, its products influence consumers to adopt skinimalism, proactive and responsible consumer behavior based on less complicated routines, while encouraging sufficiency and efficiency through effective formulations that deliver high efficacy from small amounts.

Result:

By defining its ESG commitments and their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals, we have laid the foundation for an ESG Action Plan that can serve as a framework for tracking progress against specific targets. In addition, our knowledge transfer initiatives and participation in ISPIM Athens 2022 helped to disseminate sector-specific insights and inspire sustainable innovation in business ecosystems.
